Some relaxed Sunday Sewing...
This afternoon I got to put the finishing touches on the sewing machine cover for my modern swap partner. It looks pretty snazzy. This is the only sneak peak you are allowed until after she has recieved it though - I don't want to give the game away and spoil the surprise...
Tonight I was lucky enough to escape for the evening with some lovely gal pals. It had the perfect ingredients...

... But at the end of the night it wasn't hard to forget we were a bunch of Mummies going home to our real jobs... We got back to Megan's car at the end of the night and look what greeted us:
We had driven all the way to the restaurant with her son's shoes stuck onto the back windscreen wiper of the car!! - We just about wet ourselves laughing... hilarious!!
Now that I've been spoiled and had my bit of time out, it's my turn to spoil my family...
So bring on a few days of family fun...
