However ... I spat my coffee out my nose ... as I am sitting crossed legs on my bed in my underwear (only half way through getting dressed this morning when I decided to log on ...)
I haven't put my false front tooth in yet and my hair is like a whole heap of candyfloss (due to excessive back-combing fun 10 minutes yesterday)
